Why grass-fed beef? Beef that has been grass fed is a health food of the highest order. It is naturally leaner than grain-fed beef, is loaded with natural vitamins and minerals, and is rich in all of the fats and cholesterol proven to be health enhancing, but low in the fats and cholesterol linked to disease.

Our cows are humanely raised using a holistic approach. They are rotationally grazed throughout the summer giving them lots of space to roam. Scottish Highland cattle are “slow grow” and are not butchered until they are at least three years old. This slow growth enhances the taste of the meat creating a premium quality beef. They are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones and live on grass (hay), water,and sunshine alone.
